Essential Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Cabin Crew role, applicants must satisfy the following mandatory criteria:
- A minimum age of 18 years or over.
- Possession of a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity remaining and no limitations.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Successful completion of a high school degree or equivalent.
- The legal right to live and work in the country of application (Sofia base requires the right to work in Bulgaria).
- For Sofia Base: Must possess the right to work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship (EU Passport or EU Residence card).
- Note: Other residence permits (e.g., Work or Student visas) are not accepted.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Ability to swim proficiently.
- Candidates must reside, or be prepared to relocate, within 60 minutes of the designated base and be capable of making this journey according to the work schedule.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the standard airline uniform.
- A genuinely enthusiastic demeanor and a passion for working effectively with diverse groups of people.
Medical Advisory: Applicants wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may not pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
