Core Responsibilities and Duties
The successful candidate, working as a Flight Attendant, will be expected to:

- Execute all required onboard and ground duties strictly in accordance with official company policies and aviation regulations.
- Professionally manage in-flight sales, inventory, and cash handling operations.

Mandatory Applicant Requirements
Prospective candidates must meet the following essential criteria for consideration:
- Possession of a valid Macedonian Passport. The right to work in North Macedonia must be secured without reliance on employer sponsorship. (Note: Residence permits such as Work or Student visas are not accepted.)
- A valid passport with a minimum validity period of six (6) months remaining.
- Must be aged 18 years or over at the time of application.
- Demonstrated high school degree (or equivalent educational qualification).
- Ability to reach 210 cm with the arm while standing on tiptoes.
- Fluency, both written and spoken, in the English language.
- Demonstrated ability to swim.
- Commitment to live or relocate within 60 minutes of the designated Skopje base, prepared to travel this distance according to the work schedule.
- Absence of tattoos or piercings on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the standard uniform.
- An enthusiastic and personable demeanor, enjoying interaction and collaboration with people.
- *Medical Note:* Applicants wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may not successfully pass the mandatory medical examination.
