Key Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member

As a valued member of the cabin crew team, individuals will undertake a variety of critical duties, including:

Prioritizing both passenger safety and exceptional customer service throughout all flight phases.
Executing all on-board and ground duties diligently, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
Efficiently managing in-flight sales, including accurate cash handling and inventory.
Welcoming passengers warmly, providing assistance and support to ensure a comfortable and pleasant journey.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for the Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Possession of a valid passport with a minimum of six months' validity remaining.
Eligibility to work in Lithuania, holding either an LT/EU Permanent Residence Permit or an EU Residence Card. Work or Student residence permits are not considered valid for this role.
Minimum age of 18 years.
A completed high school degree or equivalent qualification.
An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
The ability to swim.
Willingness to reside within a 60-minute commute of the Vilnius base and be prepared for travel according to the work schedule.
Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
An enthusiastic and people-oriented personality.
Candidates with a spectacle or contact lens prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 are advised that they may not meet the mandatory medical examination standards.
