Key Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member
As a valued member of the cabin crew team, individuals will undertake a variety of critical duties, including:
- Prioritizing both passenger safety and exceptional customer service throughout all flight phases.
- Executing all on-board and ground duties diligently, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Efficiently managing in-flight sales, including accurate cash handling and inventory.
- Welcoming passengers warmly, providing assistance and support to ensure a comfortable and pleasant journey.

- Collaborating effectively within a team of aviation professionals.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possession of a valid passport with a minimum of six months' validity remaining.
- Eligibility to work in Lithuania, holding either an LT/EU Permanent Residence Permit or an EU Residence Card. Work or Student residence permits are not considered valid for this role.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- A completed high school degree or equivalent qualification.
- An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- The ability to swim.
- Willingness to reside within a 60-minute commute of the Vilnius base and be prepared for travel according to the work schedule.
- Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- An enthusiastic and people-oriented personality.
- Candidates with a spectacle or contact lens prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 are advised that they may not meet the mandatory medical examination standards.
