Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of the Cabin Crew team, the individual will be responsible for:
- Ensuring paramount safety and security for all passengers and crew.
- Providing exceptional customer service and assistance throughout the flight.
- Executing all ground and in-flight duties in strict adherence to company policies and aviation regulations.
- Efficiently managing in-flight sales and cash transactions.
- Extending a warm welcome and providing comprehensive support to passengers from boarding to disembarkation.
- Acting in accordance with the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this vital role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Possession of a valid passport with at least six months' validity and no travel limitations.
- Aged 18 years or above.
- The legal right to work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship. This specifically includes an EU Passport or an EU Residence Card. Other residence permits (e.g., Work, Student) are not accepted.
- An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- The ability to swim confidently.
- Current residency within a 60-minute commute of the Varna base, or a willingness to relocate to achieve this.
- Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- A demonstrable enthusiasm for customer interaction and teamwork.
- Please note: Applicants wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may not meet the mandatory medical examination criteria.
