Essential Candidate Requirements
Prospective Flight Attendants must satisfy the following mandatory criteria, which will be verified during the recruitment process:
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
 
- The candidate must possess a high school degree or equivalent.
 
- Demonstrated fluency, both written and spoken, in the English language is mandatory.
 
- The physical ability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
 
- A valid, unrestricted passport with a minimum validity of six months, alongside the legal right to work in the country of application (Moldova).
 
- Confirmed swimming proficiency.
 
- A commitment to reside within a 60-minute travel time of the chosen base (Chisinau) and the readiness to commute according to the work schedule.
 
- The absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the standard company uniform.
 
- Possessing an enthusiastic, motivated, and collaborative personality suited for working effectively with the public.
 
Medical Note: Candidates using prescriptive eyewear with a power above +4 or below -4 are advised that they are unlikely to meet the required standards for the mandatory medical examination.
