Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Prioritizing and executing all safety and customer care procedures.
• Performing comprehensive on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with Company policies and aviation regulations.
• Managing in-flight sales transactions and cash handling with precision.
• Greeting passengers warmly and providing assistance throughout the flight journey.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Wizz Air seeks individuals who are passionate about service and meet the following criteria:

• A valid passport with a minimum of six months' validity remaining.
• The legal right to work in North Macedonia without employer sponsorship (Macedonian Passport holders only; other residence permits such as Work or Student visas are not accepted).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Possession of a high school degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in swimming.
• Ability to live or relocate within 60 minutes of the designated base and commute accordingly based on work schedule.
• No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
• An enthusiastic and people-oriented personality with a strong aptitude for teamwork.
• Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
