Key Responsibilities of the Cabin Crew Professional
The Cabin Crew member is entrusted with performing critical duties that ensure operational excellence and passenger comfort. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining an unwavering focus on both aviation safety protocols and exceptional customer care standards.
- Executing all mandatory on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with established Company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Managing in-flight commercial activities, including merchandise sales and accurate cash handling procedures.
- Greeting all passengers warmly and providing continuous assistance and support throughout the duration of the flight.

Minimum Candidate Requirements
Prospective applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria for consideration:
- The candidate must be aged 18 years or older.
- Possession of a high school degree (or equivalent).
- Fluency (both written and spoken) in the English language.
- A valid, unrestricted passport with a minimum validity of six (6) months remaining.
- Proof of the legal right to live and work in the country of application (Bulgaria). Specifically, candidates must possess the right to work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship (EU Passport or EU Residence Card required. Other permits, such as student or work visas, are not accepted).
- The ability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- The ability to swim proficiently.
- A willingness to live or relocate within a 60-minute commuting distance of the designated base (Sofia) and be prepared to make this journey according to the operational schedule.
- The absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings on body parts visible when wearing the mandated uniform.
- A naturally enthusiastic disposition and a genuine enjoyment of working collaboratively with people.
- Note regarding Medical Requirements: Candidates whose spectacle or contact lens prescription exceeds +4 or is below -4 may be unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
