Core Responsibilities of the Cabin Crew Professional

The Cabin Crew professional is responsible for focusing equally on aviation safety protocols and superior customer service delivery. Key duties include:

• Maintaining stringent adherence to both safety standards and high customer care expectations.
• Executing all on-board and ground duties in full compliance with established Company policies and procedures.
• Managing in-flight sales operations, including accurate handling of cash transactions.
• Greeting and welcoming passengers courteously, providing assistance and support throughout the entire flight duration.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

To be considered for the Flight Attendant role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• The candidate must be 18 years of age or older.
• A completed high school degree (or equivalent qualification) is mandatory.
• Applicants must demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English.
• The candidate must possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• A valid passport with a minimum validity of six months is required, along with the legal right to work in the country of base deployment (Moldova).
• The candidate must be able to swim.
• The candidate must reside, or be willing to relocate, within a 60-minute travel radius of the chosen base and be prepared to undertake this commute based on the work schedule.
• No tattoos and/or piercings are permitted on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the standard uniform.
• The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic professional who enjoys working collaboratively with the public.
• Medical Note: Applicants wearing glasses or contact lenses should be aware that if their vision prescription exceeds +4 or is below -4, they are unlikely to successfully pass the mandatory medical examination.
