- An arm reach of 210 cm when standing on tiptoes.
- Possession of a high school degree (Baccalaureate Degree).
- Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- A valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity, without limitations, and the legal right to work in the country of application (Romania for the Bucharest base).
- Ability to swim.
- Readiness to reside or relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base (Bucharest) and commute according to the work schedule.
- Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- An enthusiastic and people-oriented disposition.
- Important Medical Note: Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
