Requirements for Applicants
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for a Cabin Crew position:
- Possess a valid passport with a minimum of six months' validity remaining, without limitations.
- Hold the unrestricted right to work in Bosnia and Herzegovina, without requiring employer sponsorship.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Possess the ability to swim.
- Reside within, or be prepared to relocate to an area within 60 minutes of the chosen base, with readiness to commute according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Exhibit an enthusiastic and service-oriented personality, enjoying interaction with people.
- Vision Note: Applicants whose vision prescription exceeds +4 or is below -4 may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
