Key Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member

The Cabin Crew Member will play a pivotal role in ensuring an outstanding travel experience, with duties encompassing both safety and service excellence:

Prioritizing and executing all safety and customer care procedures diligently.
Performing comprehensive on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and aviation regulations.
Efficiently managing in-flight sales transactions and handling cash responsibly.

Essential Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements:

Possession of a valid passport with a minimum of six months' validity remaining, without limitations.
Demonstrated legal right to work in Lithuania, evidenced by an LT/EU Permanent Residence Permit or EU Residence Card. (Please note: Work, student, or other temporary residence permits are not accepted.)
A minimum age of 18 years.
Completion of a high school degree or equivalent.
An arm reach of 210 cm (approximately 82.7 inches) while standing on tiptoes.
Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Ability to swim.
Residency within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base (Vilnius) or a commitment to relocate accordingly, prepared to undertake this journey based on work schedules.
Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
A genuinely enthusiastic and service-oriented personality, enjoying interaction with people.
Medical Note: Applicants with an optical prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 (for glasses or contact lenses) are advised that they may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
