Key Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Cabin Crew Member
As a vital member of the Wizz Air Cabin Crew, the individual will be responsible for ensuring both the safety and comfort of passengers. Key duties include:
Prioritizing and executing all duties with a strong focus on safety and exceptional customer care.
Performing all on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to Company policies and regulatory standards.
Efficiently managing in-flight sales operations and accurate cash handling.
Greeting passengers with a welcoming demeanor and providing comprehensive assistance throughout the flight.
Acting in alignment with Wizz Air’s core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
Becoming an integral part of a vibrant community of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Cabin Crew position, applicants must fulfill the following mandatory requirements:
Possession of a valid passport, without limitations, with a minimum of six months’ validity remaining.
Legal authorization to work in Lithuania, evidenced by either:
A Lithuanian / EU Permanent Residence Permit.
An EU Residence Card.
Please Note: Other forms of residence permits (e.g., Work or Student visas) are not accepted for this role.
A minimum age of 18 years at the time of application.
A completed high school degree or equivalent educational qualification.
An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
Demonstrated fluency in both written and spoken English.
Ability to swim.
Residency within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base (Vilnius) or willingness to relocate and ensure timely arrival for all scheduled duties.
Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body that would be exposed when wearing the company uniform.
An enthusiastic and personable approach to working with diverse individuals.
Candidates with a corrective lens prescription (glasses or contact lenses) exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may not pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
