Candidate Requirements
Prospective candidates must meet the following essential criteria to be considered for this crucial aviation role:
- Must be aged 18 years or over.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Possess a valid passport without limitations, with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining.
- Exhibit the ability to swim proficiently.
- Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK (e.g., British passport, valid Visa, Pre-Settlement Status, or Settlement Status).
- Reside within, or be prepared to relocate to, a location allowing for a maximum 90-minute commute to the chosen base, with readiness to undertake this journey based on the work schedule.
- Be free of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the official company uniform.
- Possess an enthusiastic personality and a genuine enjoyment of working with diverse individuals.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
- Important Note: Individuals with a glasses or contact lens prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 are advised that they are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for this role.
