Essential Candidate Requirements

- Possession of a valid passport with no limitations, valid for a minimum of six months.
- Legal right to work in Bosnia and Herzegovina without requiring employer sponsorship.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- An arm reach of 210 cm when standing on tiptoes.
- A completed high school degree.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to swim.
- Willingness to reside within 60 minutes of the chosen base and commute as per work schedule.
- Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and a strong aptitude for working collaboratively with people.
- Medical Note: Candidates whose vision correction prescription (glasses or contact lenses) exceeds +4 or is below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
