Candidate Profile & Essential Requirements
Wizz Air seeks highly motivated and capable candidates who meet the following essential criteria:
- Aged 18 years or older.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or an equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate impeccable fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Possess a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining and no limitations.
- Be able to swim proficiently.
- Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK (e.g., British passport, valid Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Reside or be willing to relocate within a 90-minute commuting distance of their chosen base, prepared to travel efficiently according to work schedule.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Exhibit an enthusiastic, positive, and genuinely people-oriented demeanor.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
- Candidates should note that a mandatory medical examination is required. Those with a glasses or contact lens prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 may be unlikely to pass this examination.
