About the Role: Working as a Cabin Crew Member
As a Cabin Crew member, the individual will be responsible for a comprehensive range of duties, ensuring passenger safety and delivering exceptional customer care. This role is integral to the airline's operations and commitment to service excellence.
- Focus on both safety protocols and superior customer service.
- Perform all onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Efficiently manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions.
- Welcome passengers warmly and provide assistance throughout the flight duration.

Candidate Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following criteria to be considered for this vital role:
- Must be 18 years of age or over.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Hold a valid passport without limitations, with a minimum of six months validity remaining.
- Be able to swim.
- Possess the legal right to live and work in the UK (e.g., British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Reside or be prepared to relocate within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base, making this journey feasible according to the work schedule.
- Ensure no visible tattoos or piercings are present when wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working collaboratively with people.
- Successful candidates will also need to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
- Please note: Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
