This is an invitation-only recruitment event, necessitated by the limited capacity of the facility. Invitations will be extended exclusively to a select group of candidates whose qualifications and values align closely with Wizz Air's organisational ethos. Successful candidates will receive their invitation one week prior to the event. Information regarding future recruitment opportunities will be provided to non-selected candidates.
Essential Preparations for the Recruitment Day:
- Candidates are required to arrive promptly at the specified time and should be prepared for a selection process that may continue until late afternoon.
- Required documentation includes a valid passport, along with a Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code. British Passport Holders are only required to present their passport.
- An updated English CV, complete with an ID photograph, must be provided.
- The stipulated dress code for the event is Business Attire.

About the Role of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant
The Cabin Crew role at Wizz Air is pivotal, focusing equally on ensuring the highest standards of passenger safety and delivering exceptional customer care. The successful candidate will be fully contracted and remunerated from the first day of comprehensive training.

- Efficiently managing in-flight sales operations and handling cash transactions with accuracy.
- Warmly welcoming passengers and providing dedicated assistance throughout the flight experience.

Candidate Requirements
Prospective applicants for the Cabin Crew position must satisfy the following essential criteria:
- Be aged 18 years or over.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum educational qualification equivalent to a high school degree or GCSE result.
- Demonstrate complete fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Possess a valid passport with no limitations and a minimum of 6 months remaining validity.
- Be able to swim proficiently.
- Hold the legal right to live and work in the UK (e.g., British passport, valid Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Reside, or be prepared to relocate, within a 90-minute commute of the chosen base, ready to undertake this journey according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body that would be exposed when wearing the uniform.
- Exhibit an enthusiastic disposition and a genuine enjoyment for working with people.
- Successful candidates may also be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
- Important Medical Note: Candidates whose optical prescription is above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to meet the requirements of the mandatory medical examination.
