Essential Information for Recruitment Day Attendees
Candidates are advised to familiarize themselves with the following key information:
- Attendees must arrive punctually, prepared for a comprehensive selection process that may extend into the late afternoon.
- Compliance with all stipulated requirements will be thoroughly verified during the recruitment event.
- Required Documents:
- A valid passport. British Passport Holders are only required to present their passport. All other candidates must provide their passport along with a valid Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code.
- An updated English CV, including an ID photo.
- Dress Code: Business Attire is mandatory for all attendees.
- Base Flexibility: Applicants are welcome to attend any recruitment event, irrespective of their preferred base of application.
The Role of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant
The successful Cabin Crew member will dedicate their focus to both aviation safety and exceptional customer care. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing all onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
- Efficiently managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions.
- Warmly welcoming passengers and providing comprehensive assistance throughout the flight duration.

Candidate Requirements
Prospective Cabin Crew members must fulfill the following essential criteria:
- Must be aged 18 years or over.
- Must possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- A minimum of a high school degree, GCSE result, or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Demonstrates fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Holds a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining and no existing limitations.
- Must possess swimming ability.
- Must hold the legal right to live and work in the UK (evidenced by a British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Resides, or is prepared to relocate, within a 90-minute commute of their chosen base, and committed to undertaking this journey according to the work schedule.
- Must have no visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body that are exposed when wearing the uniform.
- Exhibits an enthusiastic personality and a genuine enjoyment for working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable to their nationality.
- Important Medical Note: Individuals with glasses or contact lenses, where their prescription is above +4 or below -4, are unlikely to meet the requirements for the mandatory medical examination.
