Key Responsibilities of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant

A Wizz Air Flight Attendant is responsible for:

• Prioritizing and upholding the highest safety standards and customer care protocols throughout all phases of flight operations.
• Executing on-board and ground duties with precision, in strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Efficiently managing in-flight sales and accurately handling cash transactions.
• Providing a warm welcome and comprehensive assistance to passengers during their journey, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant travel experience.
• Embodying Wizz Air's core values—dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity—in all interactions.
• Contributing to a vibrant community of over 5,000 aviation professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective candidates for the Cabin Crew position must satisfy the following criteria:

• Possession of a valid passport with a minimum of six months' validity remaining, without any limitations.
• Legal authorization to work in Serbia without requiring employer sponsorship.
• A minimum age of 18 years at the time of application.
• An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes, demonstrating the ability to reach overhead equipment safely.
• Attainment of a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated fluency in both written and spoken English, essential for clear communication with a diverse passenger base and crew.
• Proficiency in swimming.
• Residency within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base, with the willingness to undertake this journey consistently according to the work schedule.
• Absence of visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the standard Wizz Air uniform.
• An enthusiastic and people-oriented demeanor, exhibiting strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Please be advised: Candidates with a glasses or contact lens prescription exceeding +4 or falling below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for this role.
