Key Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member

A Cabin Crew Member at Wizz Air is primarily responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all passengers. This includes:

• Prioritizing both safety protocols and superior customer service.
• Executing all on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies and aviation regulations.
• Efficiently managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions.
• Warmly welcoming passengers and providing assistance throughout the flight duration.

Candidate Requirements

Prospective Cabin Crew Members must meet the following essential criteria:

• Possession of a valid passport with a minimum of six months validity and no limitations.
• Legal right to work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship. This specifically includes holding an EU Passport or an EU Residence card.
• Note: Any other Residence permit (e.g., Work, Student) is not accepted.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Completion of a high school degree.
• Demonstrated fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in swimming.
• Commitment to residing within 60 minutes of the Varna base or willingness to relocate accordingly, ensuring punctual arrival for all scheduled duties.
• No visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body when wearing the standard uniform.
• An enthusiastic and people-oriented disposition, with a genuine enjoyment for working with others.
• Please note that if a candidate wears glasses or contact lenses and their prescription is above +4 or below -4, they are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
