Candidates are invited to attend a recruitment day for the Skopje Base.
Date and Time: 05 August 2025, 09:00 AM sharp.
Location: Hotel Tim’s Apartments, str. Orce Nikolov 120, 1000, Skopje.

- Punctual arrival is expected, and candidates should be prepared for the process to potentially extend until late afternoon.

Role Responsibilities as Cabin Crew:
Working as a Flight Attendant involves a blend of safety and customer care duties. Key responsibilities include:
- Prioritizing both safety protocols and customer service standards.
- Executing onboard and ground tasks in strict adherence to company policies.
- Managing in-flight sales transactions and cash handling procedures.
- Warmly welcoming passengers and providing assistance throughout the flight.
- Upholding company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Joining a large community of aviation professionals.
Requirements:
Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a valid passport without limitations, with at least 6 months remaining validity.
- Hold the right to work in North Macedonia without requiring employer sponsorship.
- Hold a Macedonian Passport. (Note: Other residence permits like Work or Student permits are not accepted).
- Be aged 18 years or over.
- Achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Be able to swim.
- Reside within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base or be willing to relocate accordingly and manage this journey based on work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting with people.
- Note: Candidates with glasses or contact lenses with a prescription outside the range of +4 to -4 may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
