Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant Opportunity - Yerevan Base

Candidates are advised to read the requirements thoroughly as compliance will be checked during the event. Attendees should arrive punctually and be prepared for the process to potentially take until late afternoon. An updated English CV with an ID photo is required.
Preparation for an English test, similar to the one conducted on the day, is recommended. The recruitment process is also open for Direct Entry Senior Cabin Crew applicants who possess a minimum of 500 block hours flown with a previous operator. (Note: Promotion to Senior Cabin Crew is open after completing 3 months of employment and successfully passing a selection process). Successful candidates may have the opportunity to commence training in early August.
Role Responsibilities:
Working as a Cabin Crew member involves a dual focus on safety and customer care. Key duties include:
- Ensuring high standards of safety and customer service.
- Performing all required onboard and ground duties in adherence to company policies.
- Managing in-flight sales transactions and handling cash.
- Greeting passengers warmly and providing assistance throughout the flight.
- Acting in accordance with the company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Becoming part of a global team exceeding 5,000 aviation professionals.
Candidate Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Possess a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months remaining validity and no limitations.
- Have the legal right to work in Armenia without employer sponsorship.
- Be aged 18 years or older.
- Have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school degree or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Be proficient in swimming.
- Reside or be willing to relocate to live within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base (Yerevan) and be prepared to undertake this journey according to the work schedule.
- Have no tattoos or piercings visible when wearing the company uniform.
- Exhibit an enthusiastic and people-oriented personality.
- Note: Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 may be unlikely to pass the mandatory aviation medical examination.
