The Role of a Cabin Crew Member:

Working as a Cabin Crew member involves providing excellent customer service with a primary focus on safety and passenger care. The role is crucial in creating a positive and memorable customer experience on every flight. Responsibilities extend beyond passenger interaction to include managing inflight sales, enhancing the purchasing environment, and driving onboard sales. Cabin Crew members play a key role in contributing to the company's buy-on-board business model and generating revenue, with the opportunity to earn attractive crew commission. The position requires performing all onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies and procedures, welcoming passengers with a smile, assisting them during the flight, and acting in accordance with company values. Successful candidates will become part of a large family of aviation enthusiasts.

Requirements:

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Be a citizen of Bulgaria.
• Hold a valid passport without limitations, with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining.
• Be aged 18 years or over.
• Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Hold a high school degree or equivalent.
• Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Be able to swim.
• Reside or be willing to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base and be prepared to make this journey according to the work schedule.
• Have no tattoos or piercings on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the company uniform.
• Be an enthusiastic person who enjoys working with people.
• Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses should note that prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may impact their ability to pass the mandatory medical examination.
