Role Overview:
The role of Cabin Crew offers a dynamic and unique work environment for individuals who enjoy travel and meeting new people. An award-winning team is continuously seeking positive, energetic, and motivated candidates for Flight Attendant/Cabin Crew positions. The position provides an opportunity to be contracted and compensated from the first day of training.
Key Responsibilities:
Working as a Flight Attendant involves a strong emphasis on both safety and customer care. Responsibilities include:
- Focusing on both safety protocols and delivering excellent customer service.
- Performing all on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies.
- Managing in-flight sales and accurate cash handling.
- Welcoming passengers warmly and providing assistance throughout the flight.
- Acting in accordance with core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Becoming part of a large community of aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements:
Prospective candidates must fulfil the following criteria:
- Be aged 18 years or over.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum educational qualification equivalent to a high school degree or GCSE result.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Hold a valid passport without limitations, valid for at least 6 months.
- Be able to swim.
- Possess the legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Reside or be willing to relocate within a 90-minute commute of their chosen base and be prepared for this journey according to their work schedule.
- Have no tattoos and/or piercings visible when wearing the uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
- Successful Candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable.
- Candidates with glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
