Recruitment Day Guidelines:

Prospective candidates should arrive promptly at the specified time. The selection process may continue until late afternoon. Attendees must bring their passport and proof of their right to live and work in the UK (Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status Share Code), unless holding a British passport which suffices on its own. An updated English CV featuring an ID photo is also required. The dress code is Business Attire. Candidates are welcome to attend any recruitment event, regardless of the base they are applying for. Compliance with the listed requirements will be verified during the event.

Role Responsibilities:

Working as a Flight Attendant involves a dual focus on safety and exceptional customer care. Key duties include performing onboard and ground responsibilities in strict adherence to company policies, managing in-flight sales and cash handling, welcoming passengers with a friendly demeanour, and assisting them throughout their flight. Flight Attendants are expected to embody the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. This role offers the opportunity to become part of a large community of aviation enthusiasts. Employees are contracted and paid from the first day of training.

Essential Requirements:

To be considered for a Cabin Crew position, applicants must be aged 18 or over and be able to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes. A minimum education of a high school degree, GCSE result, or equivalent is required. Candidates must be fluent in both written and spoken English and hold a valid passport with at least six months validity and no limitations. The ability to swim is essential. Applicants must possess the legal right to live and work in the UK (British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status). Candidates should either currently reside within 90 minutes of their chosen base or be prepared to relocate and commute as per the work schedule. Visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the company uniform are not permitted. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic and enjoy working with people. Successful candidates may also be required to obtain a Schengen Visa if applicable. Please note that individuals with glasses or contact lenses prescriptions above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
