Please note that this is an invitation-only event due to limited capacity. Invitations will be extended to a selected group of candidates based on their qualifications and alignment with organizational values approximately one week prior to the event. Candidates not selected will receive information regarding future recruitment opportunities.
Candidates are advised to attend promptly and be prepared for the process to potentially continue until late afternoon. Please bring the following:
- Passport (minimum 6 months validity)
- Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (British Passport Holders require only their passport)
- Updated English CV with an ID photo
- Appropriate business attire
Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of their preferred base.
Responsibilities of a Cabin Crew Member:
Working as part of the team, the Cabin Crew member is responsible for:
- Prioritizing both safety and customer care aspects throughout flights.
- Executing on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Managing in-flight sales transactions and handling cash accurately.
- Greeting passengers warmly and providing assistance throughout their journey.
- Upholding the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Joining a large, enthusiastic community of aviation professionals.
- Being contracted and remunerated from the commencement of training.
Required Qualifications:
Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Possess an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a minimum of a high school diploma, GCSE results, or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrate fluency in written and spoken English.
- Hold a valid passport without limitations, valid for at least 6 months.
- Be able to swim.
- Possess the legal right to live and work in the UK (via British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
- Reside or be willing to relocate within 90 minutes of their chosen base and be prepared to travel to the base according to their work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
- Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
- Candidates whose spectacle or contact lens prescription is above +4 or below -4 should be aware that they may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
