Job Summary:

Recruitment Day Information:

Prospective candidates should review the requirements carefully as compliance will be checked during the event. Attendees should arrive sharply on time and be prepared for a process that may take until late afternoon. An updated English CV with an ID photo is required. Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of the base they are applying for.

Working as Cabin Crew:

The role involves focusing on both safety and customer care aspects. Cabin Crew perform on board and ground duties in compliance with company policies. This includes managing in-flight sales and cash handling, welcoming passengers, and assisting them throughout the flight. The position requires acting in accordance with company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. Successful candidates will join a team of more than 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity) and have the right to work in Serbia without employer sponsorship.
• Applicants must be aged 18 or over and have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• A high school degree is mandatory, along with fluency – written and spoken – in English.
• The ability to swim is also required.
• Candidates should live or be prepared to move within 60 minutes of their chosen base and be able to make this journey according to the work schedule.
• Visible tattoos and/or piercings while wearing the uniform are not permitted.
• The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and enjoys working with people.
• Please note that if wearing glasses or contact lenses, a prescription above +4 or below -4 is unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
