Cabin Crew Recruitment Day - Varna Base

An opportunity exists to join an award-winning aviation team as Cabin Crew based in Varna. A Recruitment Day is scheduled in Varna on 22 July 2025, commencing promptly at 09:00 am. Interested candidates are encouraged to attend. Please note that applications close 24 hours before the event. The Recruitment Day will be held at Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel Varna Center, Primorski, bul. "Knyaz Boris I" 111, 9002 Varna, Bulgaria. Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of the base for which they are applying.

Prospective candidates are invited to attend the Recruitment Day. Attendees should arrive precisely on time and be prepared for the process to potentially extend into the late afternoon. Candidates must bring an updated English CV including an ID photo. Compliance with the listed requirements will be verified during the event.

Working as Cabin Crew, you will:

Working as Cabin Crew involves focusing equally on safety protocols and delivering exceptional customer care. Responsibilities include performing on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies, managing in-flight sales and cash transactions, warmly welcoming passengers, and assisting them throughout the flight. The role requires acting in accordance with the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. The successful candidate will become part of a large family of aviation enthusiasts.

  • Focus on both safety and customer care aspects
  • Perform on board and ground duties in a way to comply with the Company’s policies
  • Manage in-flight sales and cash handling
  • Welcome passengers with a smile and help them during the flight

Requirements:

Candidates are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a valid passport with no limitations (minimum 6 months validity remaining).
  • Hold the legal right to work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship:
    • EU Passport
    • EU Residence card
    • Note: Any other Residence permit (Work, Student,…) is not accepted
  • Be aged 18 years or over.
  • Have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Hold a high school degree or equivalent.
  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Be able to swim.
  • Reside or be willing to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base and be prepared to commute according to the work schedule.
  • Have no tattoos and/or piercings visible when wearing the company uniform.
  • Exhibit an enthusiastic personality and enjoy working with people.
  • Please note that if you wear glasses or contact lenses and your prescription is above +4 or below -4, you are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
