Location: Hotel Tim’s Apartments, str. Orce Nikolov 120, 1000, Skopje.

Recruitment Day attendees should be prepared for the process to potentially last until late afternoon. An updated English CV with an ID photo is required. Candidates may attend this recruitment event regardless of the base they are applying for, though this specific event is for the Skopje Base.

Working as Cabin Crew involves:

Candidate Requirements:

Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining and no limitations.
• Hold the right to work in North Macedonia without requiring employer sponsorship. A Macedonian passport is required; other residence permits (Work, Student) are not accepted.
• Be aged 18 or over.
• Have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Possess a high school degree or equivalent.
• Be fluent, both written and spoken, in English.
• Be able to swim.
• Reside or be willing to relocate within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen base (Skopje) and be prepared to make this commute according to the work schedule.
• Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the standard uniform.
• Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting with people.
• Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses should be aware that if their prescription is above +4 or below -4, they may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
