Key Responsibilities

Working as a Flight Attendant involves a balance of safety and customer care. Key duties include:

Focusing on both passenger safety and delivering excellent customer service.
Performing all required onboard and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies and aviation regulations.
Managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions accurately.
Welcoming passengers warmly and assisting them throughout the flight.
Acting consistently in accordance with company values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
Becoming a valued member of a large family of aviation enthusiasts.

Requirements

Prospective candidates must meet the following criteria:

Hold a valid passport without limitations, valid for a minimum of 6 months.
Possess the legal right to live and work in Bulgaria without the requirement for employer sponsorship. Accepted documentation includes an EU Passport or an EU Residence Card. (Note: Other residence permits such as Work or Student visas are not accepted).
Be aged 18 years or over.
Have an arm reach of 210 cm when standing on tiptoes.
Hold a high school degree or equivalent.
Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
Be able to swim.
Reside currently, or be willing to relocate, within a 60-minute travel distance of the chosen base (Sofia) and be prepared to undertake this commute according to the work schedule.
Have no visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body visible when wearing the company uniform.
Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with people.
Please note: Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
