Recruitment Day Information:
Candidates should review the requirements below as compliance will be checked during the event. Punctuality is essential, and candidates should be prepared for the process to last until late afternoon. An updated English CV with an ID photo is required. Candidates are welcome to attend any recruitment event, regardless of the base they are applying for.
Working as a Cabin Crew Member:
The role focuses on both safety and customer care aspects. Responsibilities include:
- Performing onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies
- Managing in-flight sales and cash handling
- Welcoming passengers and assisting them during the flight
- Acting in accordance with the company's values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity
- Becoming part of a team of aviation enthusiasts
Requirements:
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over
- Have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes
- A high school degree (Baccalaureate Degree) is required
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
- Possess a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity) and have the legal right to work in the country for which they are applying
- Ability to swim
- Live or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of their chosen base and be ready to make this journey according to the work schedule
- Tattoos and/or piercings that are visible when wearing the uniform are not permitted on parts of the body
- Be an enthusiastic person who enjoys working with people
- Applicants should note that if their glasses or contact lens prescription is above +4 or below -4, they are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination
