Important Information for Recruitment Day Attendees:
- Candidates are advised to review the requirements listed below, as compliance will be assessed during the event.
- Attendees should arrive promptly at 09:00 am and be prepared for a process that may extend into the late afternoon.
- An updated CV in English, including an ID photo, must be brought to the event.
- Candidates are encouraged to prepare for the English test; a sample test similar to the one conducted during the day is available for practice.
- The airline is also recruiting for Direct Entry Senior Cabin Crew roles, requiring a minimum of 500 block hours flown with a previous operator. Promotion opportunities to Senior Cabin Crew are available after successfully completing three months of employment as Cabin Crew and passing a selection process.
- Successful candidates can expect to commence training in early August.
Role and Responsibilities as Cabin Crew:
Working as a Flight Attendant involves a dual focus on safety and customer care. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing all on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Welcoming passengers warmly and assisting them throughout the flight.
- Upholding the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Becoming an integral part of a large team of aviation professionals.
Requirements:
To be considered for a Cabin Crew position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months, without limitations.
- Hold the legal right to work in Armenia without requiring employer sponsorship.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school degree or equivalent.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Be a confident swimmer.
- Reside or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen base (Yerevan) and be able to travel to the base according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Exhibit an enthusiastic attitude and enjoy working with people.
- Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 should note that this may impact their ability to pass the mandatory medical examination.
