Recruitment Day Guidance:
Candidates attending the recruitment event should be prepared for a process that may extend into the late afternoon. Compliance with the requirements listed below will be checked during the event. Attendees are requested to arrive promptly and bring an updated English CV with an ID photo. Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of their target base location.
Working as a Wizz Air Flight Attendant:
A Flight Attendant focuses on both safety and customer care aspects. The role involves performing onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies, managing in-flight sales and cash handling, welcoming passengers with a smile, and assisting them during flights. Cabin Crew members are expected to act in accordance with the company's values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. Joining the team means becoming part of a family of more than 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements:
- Possession of a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
- The right to work in Bulgaria without employer sponsorship is required. Accepted proof includes an EU Passport or EU Residence card. Other residence permits (e.g., Work, Student) are not accepted.
- Must be aged 18 or over.
- Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Completion of high school degree.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to swim.
- Living or being prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base and making this journey according to the work schedule.
- Absence of visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- An enthusiastic personality who enjoys working with people.
- Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
