We invite prospective candidates to attend our Cabin Crew Recruitment Day in Bucharest Otopeni on 10 June 2025. The event is scheduled to begin sharply at 09:00 am. The specific location details will be shared with registered attendees soon.
Candidates are welcome to attend any recruitment event, regardless of the base for which they are applying.
Recruitment Day Information:
- Candidates must ensure they meet the listed requirements as compliance will be verified during the event.
- Please arrive promptly at 09:00 am. The selection process may extend into the late afternoon.
- Candidates should bring an updated English CV with an attached ID photo.
Role Summary:
The Cabin Crew member focuses on both safety and customer care aspects, performing onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies. This role involves managing in-flight sales and cash handling, welcoming passengers warmly, and assisting them throughout the flight. Cabin Crew members are expected to embody the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. Successful candidates will join a large family of aviation enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize safety and customer well-being.
- Execute ground and onboard duties according to company standards.
- Manage in-flight sales transactions and cash handling.
- Greet passengers and provide assistance during the flight.
- Uphold company values in all interactions and duties.
- Contribute positively to a team of aviation professionals.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to reach 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Possession of a high school degree (Baccalaureate Degree).
- Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
- Must hold a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity) and possess the legal right to work in the country of application.
- Ability to swim.
- Candidates must reside or be willing to relocate within a 60-minute commute of their chosen base, and be prepared to undertake this journey according to the work schedule.
- No visible tattoos or piercings when wearing the standard uniform.
- Must demonstrate enthusiasm and enjoy working with people.
- Candidates with vision correction prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
