Cabin Crew Recruitment Day - Yerevan Base

An exciting opportunity awaits aviation enthusiasts! A leading airline is seeking positive, energetic, and motivated candidates for Cabin Crew/Flight Attendant positions to join its award-winning team based in Yerevan. The company is hosting a Recruitment Day in Yerevan for interested applicants.

Interested candidates are encouraged to attend the recruitment day. Prior to attending, applicants should carefully review the requirements listed below, as compliance will be assessed during the event. Candidates should arrive promptly at the specified time and be prepared for a process that may extend into the late afternoon. An updated English CV with an ID photo should be brought to the event. To prepare for the Open Day, candidates may find a link to a similar English Test provided prior to the event. The airline is also looking for Direct Entry Senior Cabin Crew with requirements of 500 block hours flown with a previous operator. Progression to this role is open after completing 3 months of employment as a Cabin Crew in the company and a successful selection process. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to commence training in early August 2025.

Working as Cabin Crew, individuals will:

• Focus on both safety and customer care aspects of the role.
• Perform on board and ground duties in compliance with Company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions.
• Welcome passengers warmly and assist them throughout the flight.
• Act in accordance with the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
• Become part of a dynamic team of over 5,000 aviation professionals.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in Armenia without employer sponsorship.
• Candidates must be aged 18 or over.
• An arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes is required.
• A high school degree is mandatory.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
• Candidates must be able to swim.
• Applicants must reside or be willing to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base and be prepared to commute according to the work schedule.
• Visible tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body visible when wearing the uniform are not permitted.
• The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and enjoys working with people.
• Please note that individuals who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
