Candidates are advised to arrive punctually and be prepared for the process to potentially extend into the late afternoon. An updated English CV with an ID photo should be presented. Candidates may attend any recruitment event, regardless of the base for which they are applying.
Role Responsibilities:
Working as a Flight Attendant involves prioritizing both safety and customer care. The role requires performing on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions, welcoming passengers warmly, and assisting them throughout the flight. Cabin Crew members are expected to embody the company's core values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity, contributing to a large family of aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements:
Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following criteria:
- Be aged 18 years or over.
- Have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Possess a high school degree (Baccalaureate Degree or equivalent).
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining and the legal right to work in the country of application.
- Be able to swim.
- Reside within or be willing to relocate to within 60 minutes of the assigned base, and be prepared to commute according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body when wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting with people.
- Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses should note that a prescription above +4 or below -4 may affect their ability to pass the mandatory medical examination.
