Cabin Crew Recruitment Day - Skopje Base

The airline is seeking positive, energetic, and motivated candidates for Flight Attendant/Cabin Crew positions to join its award-winning team. This role offers a unique place of work with opportunities to travel and meet new people.

Recruitment Event Details:

Candidates are invited to attend a recruitment day for positions based in Skopje.

Date and Time: 27 June 2025, 09:00 am sharp.

Location: Hotel Tim’s Apartments, str. Orce Nikolov 120, 1000, Skopje.

Candidates should arrive sharply on time and be prepared for the process to potentially last until late afternoon. An updated English CV with an ID photo is required. Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of the base they are applying for. Compliance with listed requirements will be checked during the event.

Working as a Flight Attendant:

A Flight Attendant is responsible for focusing on both safety and customer care aspects, performing onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies. The role involves managing in-flight sales and cash handling, welcoming passengers warmly, and providing assistance during the flight. Flight attendants are expected to act in accordance with the company’s values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity, becoming part of a family of aviation enthusiasts.

Requirements:

• Candidates must hold a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• The right to work in North Macedonia without employer sponsorship is mandatory. This requires a Macedonian Passport. Other residence permits (Work, Student, etc.) are not accepted for this base.
• Must be aged 18 or over.
• Must have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• A high school degree is required.
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
• Ability to swim is mandatory.
• Must live or be prepared to move within 60 minutes of the chosen base and be ready to make this journey according to the work schedule.
• No tattoos and/or piercings should be visible when wearing the company uniform.
• The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic person who enjoys working with people.
• Please note that if you wear glasses or contact lenses and your prescription is above +4 or below -4, you are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
