Key Responsibilities:
- Focuses on both safety and customer care aspects during flights and ground operations.
- Performs on board and ground duties in strict compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Manages in-flight sales activities and handles cash transactions accurately.
- Welcomes passengers with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing assistance and support throughout the flight.

- Actively contributes to the team environment alongside more than 5,000 fellow aviation professionals.
Requirements:
Candidates interested in this exciting Cabin Crew role must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a valid passport without limitations, with a minimum validity of 6 months remaining.
- Hold the legal right to work in Lithuania. Accepted documentation includes LT/EU Permanent Residence Permit or an EU Residence Card. (Please note: Work or Student Residence Permits are not accepted).
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have completed a high school degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Be able to swim confidently.
- Reside or be prepared to relocate to within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen base (Vilnius), capable of making this journey according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body when wearing the standard uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting and working with people.
- Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses should be aware that a prescription above +4 or below -4 may make it unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
