Recruitment Day Information
A Cabin Crew Recruitment Day is scheduled for 02 June 2025, starting promptly at 09:00 am in Vilnius. Please note that applications close 24 hours before the event. The location for this event will be confirmed soon. Candidates are welcome to attend any recruitment event, regardless of their preferred base.
Prospective candidates attending the recruitment day should be prepared for the process to potentially last until late afternoon. An updated English CV with an ID photo is required. Compliance with the listed requirements will be checked during the event.
Key Responsibilities
As a Cabin Crew member, the focus is on ensuring both passenger safety and delivering exceptional customer care. Responsibilities include:
- Executing on-board and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions.
- Providing a welcoming and helpful experience for passengers throughout the flight.

Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining and no limitations.
- Possess the legal right to work in Lithuania, evidenced by an LT/EU Permanent Residence Permit or EU Residence Card. (Please note: Work, Student, or other residence permits are not accepted).
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have completed a high school degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Exhibit fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Be able to swim.
- Reside or be willing to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base, and be prepared to make this journey according to the work schedule.
- Have no visible tattoos or piercings on parts of the body visible when wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with people.
- Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription outside the range of +4 to -4 may be unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
