Recruitment Day Details

Candidates are advised to arrive promptly, as the selection process may extend into the late afternoon. Applicants should bring an updated English CV with an ID photo. Attendance at this event is open to candidates applying for any base. Prior review of the requirements is essential, as compliance will be verified during the event.

Role Responsibilities

Working as a Flight Attendant, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Prioritizing both safety and customer service aspects of the flight experience.
  • Executing onboard and ground duties in strict adherence to company policies.
  • Managing in-flight sales transactions and handling cash accurately.
  • Warmly welcoming passengers and providing assistance throughout the flight.
  • Operating in accordance with the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
  • Becoming an integral part of a large team of aviation professionals.

Requirements

To be considered for the Cabin Crew position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
  • Possession of a high school degree (Baccalaureate Degree) is mandatory.
  • Fluency, both written and spoken, in English is required. Additionally, fluency in one Central Eastern European language (Romanian, Bulgarian, Polish, Hungarian, German, Lithuanian, Latvian, Slovak, Czech, Macedonian, Serbian, Ukrainian, Georgian, or Bosnian) is necessary for most bases. For Wizz Air UK (Luton) base, fluency in English is essential, with additional CEE language knowledge considered advantageous.
  • Hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity and no limitations.
  • Must be able to swim.
  • Must reside or be willing to relocate within a 60-minute commute of their chosen base, with flexibility to make this journey based on work schedules.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings on body parts that are visible when wearing the uniform.
  • Must possess an enthusiastic personality and enjoy interacting with people.
  • Candidates wearing glasses or contact lenses should be aware that a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 may prevent successful completion of the mandatory medical examination.
