Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant Opportunity via Recruitment Day - London Luton

The airline is continuously seeking positive, energetic, and motivated candidates for Flight Attendant / Cabin Crew positions to join its award-winning team. The opportunity to join the team is being facilitated through an invitation-only recruitment event in London Luton. Due to limited capacity, invitations will be extended to a selected group of candidates based on their qualifications and alignment with organisational values approximately one week prior to the event. Non-selected candidates will receive information regarding future recruitment opportunities.

Candidates invited to the recruitment day should be prepared for a process that may take until late afternoon. Compliance with requirements will be checked. Attendees must arrive sharply on time and bring their passport (plus Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code for non-British passport holders), an updated English CV with an ID photo, and be dressed in business attire. Candidates may attend any recruitment event regardless of the base for which they are applying.

Working as a Flight Attendant involves:

• Managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions accurately.

Requirements for Applicants:

• Must be aged 18 years or over.
• Must have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Must possess a minimum educational qualification equivalent to a high school degree or GCSE results.
• Must be fluent, both written and spoken, in English.
• Must hold a valid passport without limitations, with a minimum of 6 months validity remaining.
• Must be able to swim.
• Must have the legal right to live and work in the UK (evidenced by a British passport, Visa, Pre-Settlement, or Settlement Status).
• Must reside or be willing to relocate within a 90-minute commute of their chosen base and be prepared to undertake this journey according to their work schedule.
• Must not have tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body that are visible when wearing the company uniform.
• Must be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys interacting with people.
• Successful candidates may be required to obtain a Schengen Visa (if applicable).
• Please note that candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4 are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination required for the role.
