A Cabin Crew Recruitment Day will be held in London Luton on June 6, 2025, at the LLA Excelence Academy, Ground Floor, Percival House, 134 Percival Way, Luton Airport Roundabout, LU2 9NU, commencing promptly at 09:00 AM. Interested candidates are encouraged to register for the event. Due to limited capacity, attendance is by invitation only, extended to selected candidates based on qualifications and alignment with organizational values. Invitations will be sent one week prior to the event.
Candidates are required to bring their passport (British passport holders only) or passport plus Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code, an updated English CV with ID photo, and adhere to a business attire dress code.
As a Cabin Crew member, the individual will focus on safety and customer care, perform onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies, manage in-flight sales and cash handling, welcome passengers, and act in accordance with the company's values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. Requirements include being 18 years or older, having an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes, holding a minimum of a high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent, fluency in written and spoken English, a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), the ability to swim, the right to live and work in the UK, residence or willingness to relocate within 90 minutes of the chosen base, and no visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform. Successful candidates may need to obtain a Schengen Visa. Candidates with glasses or contact lenses, prescription above +4 or below -4, are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
