Cabin Crew Recruitment Day - Tirana

During the recruitment day, compliance with the listed requirements will be checked. Candidates should arrive promptly and be prepared for a process that may last until late afternoon. It is important to bring an updated English CV with an ID photo. Applicants may attend any recruitment event, regardless of the base for which they are applying.

As a Wizz Air Flight Attendant, the successful candidate will focus on both safety and customer care, perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies, manage in-flight sales and cash handling, welcome passengers with a smile, and act in accordance with the company values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. They will also become part of a new family of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or over.
• Must have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Must possess a high school degree.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must have a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity) and the right to work in the country of application.
• Must be able to swim.
• Must live or be ready to move within 60 minutes of the chosen base and be prepared to commute based on work schedule.
• Must not have visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the uniform.
• Must be an enthusiastic and people-oriented individual.
• Note: Candidates with glasses or contact lenses prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
