Recruitment Day Details
A Cabin Crew Recruitment Day will be held in Sibiu on May 15, 2025, at 9:00 am sharp at Hotel Ramada, Strada Emil Cioran 2, Sibiu 550025, Romania. Candidates should arrive promptly and be prepared for a process that may last until late afternoon. Applicants are requested to bring an updated English CV with an ID photo. Participation in any recruitment event is welcome, regardless of the base for which they are applying.
Responsibilities
As a Wizz Air Flight Attendant, the individual will focus on both safety and customer care aspects, perform on board and ground duties in compliance with company policies, manage in-flight sales and cash handling, welcome passengers with a smile and assist them during the flight, and embody the values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. They will also become part of a close-knit community of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements
Requirements for the position include being 18 years of age or older, possessing an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes, holding a high school degree (Baccalaureate Degree), demonstrating fluency in written and spoken English and an additional Central Eastern European language (Romanian, Bulgarian, Polish, Hungarian, German, Lithuanian, Latvian, Slovak, Czech, Macedonian, Serbian, Ukrainian, Georgian or Bosnian), and holding a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months). For Wizz Air UK (Luton), fluency in written and spoken English is required; additional CEE language knowledge is an advantage. Candidates must also be able to swim, live or be prepared to relocate within 60 minutes of their chosen base and be prepared to make this journey upon work schedule, and must not have visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the uniform. Enthusiasm for working with people is essential. Please note that candidates with glasses or contact lenses prescriptions above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
