Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
The position involves performing essential safety and customer care duties in strict compliance with company policies and procedures, both on board the aircraft and on the ground. Responsibilities include efficiently managing in-flight sales and handling cash transactions, warmly welcoming passengers, and providing attentive assistance throughout their journey. Cabin Crew members are expected to embody the company's core values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity, contributing actively to a vibrant team of aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements
To be considered for this vital role, candidates must meet the following specific criteria:
- Possess a valid passport with a minimum of six months validity remaining.
- Hold the legal right to work in Lithuania, specifically an LT/EU Permanent Residence Permit or an EU Residence Card. Other residence permits (such as work or student visas) are not accepted.
- Be aged 18 years or over.
- Have completed a high school degree or equivalent.
- Demonstrate an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Be able to swim.
- Reside or be prepared to relocate within a 60-minute commute of the chosen base (Vilnius) and be able to make this journey according to work schedule.
- Have no tattoos or piercings visible when wearing the company uniform.
- Be an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working collaboratively with people.
- Candidates who wear glasses or contact lenses should note that a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 is likely to preclude passing the mandatory medical examination.
