Position Summary:
The company is seeking positive, energetic, and motivated candidates for Cabin Crew / Flight Attendant positions based in Larnaca. This opportunity welcomes both local and foreign candidates, as well as individuals with prior aviation experience and those new to the field, provided they possess the right to work in Cyprus without employer sponsorship. Key Responsibilities:
A Flight Attendant is responsible for focusing on both safety and customer care aspects, ensuring a secure and pleasant journey for all passengers. Key duties include:
- Performing on-board and ground duties in strict compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Managing in-flight sales transactions and handling cash accurately.
- Greeting passengers warmly and assisting them throughout the flight.
- Operating in accordance with the company's core values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
- Contributing to a large, passionate community of aviation professionals.
Essential Requirements:
Prospective Cabin Crew members must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid passport with at least six months of remaining validity, free from limitations.
- Possess the legal right to work in Cyprus without requiring employer sponsorship. Accepted documentation includes an EU Passport or EU Residence Card. Note: Other permits (e.g., Work, Student) are not accepted.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Be able to achieve an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Be able to swim.
- Reside or be willing to relocate within a 60-minute commuting distance of the chosen base (Larnaca) and be prepared to travel this distance according to work schedules.
- Have no visible tattoos and/or piercings when wearing the company uniform.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
- Candidates with glasses or contact lenses should note that a prescription exceeding +4 or below -4 is likely to result in failure of the mandatory medical examination.
Compliance with these requirements will be verified during the recruitment event. Candidates should arrive promptly at the specified time and be prepared for a process that may extend into the late afternoon. An updated English CV with an ID photo is required.
