During the Recruitment Day, candidates will learn about the role of a Wizz Air Flight Attendant and the exciting opportunities available. Successful candidates will focus on both safety and customer care, perform onboard and ground duties in compliance with company policies, manage in-flight sales and cash handling, welcome passengers with a smile, and uphold the company's core values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. They will become part of a growing family of over 5,000 aviation enthusiasts.

Recruitment Day - Important Information:

Applicants should review the requirements listed below, as compliance will be verified during the recruitment event. Punctuality is essential, and candidates should be prepared for a process that may extend until late afternoon. Please bring an updated English CV with an ID photo. Attendance at any recruitment event is welcome, regardless of the desired base.

Flight Attendant Responsibilities:

• Prioritize passenger safety and customer satisfaction.
• Execute onboard and ground duties in accordance with company regulations.
• Manage in-flight sales and handle cash transactions.
• Provide a warm welcome and assistance to passengers throughout the flight.
• Embody the company's values: dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity.
• Contribute to a collaborative environment within a team of aviation enthusiasts.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• High school diploma (Baccalaureate Degree).
• Fluency in written and spoken English and one of the following Central Eastern European languages: Romanian, Bulgarian, Polish, Hungarian, German, Lithuanian, Latvian, Slovak, Czech, Macedonian, Serbian, Ukrainian, Georgian, or Bosnian. For Wizz Air UK (Luton), fluency in English is required; knowledge of an additional CEE language is advantageous.
• Valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• Ability to swim.
• Residence or willingness to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base, with readiness to commute according to work schedules.
• No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the uniform.
• Enthusiastic and personable demeanor.
• Please note: Candidates with vision prescriptions exceeding +4 or -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
