Cabin Crew Recruitment Day - London Gatwick

Wizz Air is holding a Cabin Crew Recruitment Day in London Gatwick on May 16, 2025. The event will take place at the Holiday Inn Gatwick Airport, Surrey, Povey Cross Rd, Gatwick RH6 0BA, commencing promptly at 09:00 AM.

The airline seeks positive, energetic, and motivated individuals to join its award-winning team as Flight Attendants/Cabin Crew members. This role offers a unique work environment, the opportunity to travel, and the chance to meet new people.

During the Recruitment Day, compliance with the listed requirements will be verified. Candidates should arrive punctually and be prepared for a process that may extend into the late afternoon. Applicants must bring their passport, as well as their Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status Share Code (British Passport holders need only their passport), and an updated English CV with an ID photo. Business attire is required. Applicants may attend any recruitment event, regardless of the base for which they are applying.

As a Wizz Air Flight Attendant, the individual will focus on both safety and customer care, perform on-board and ground duties in accordance with company policies, manage in-flight sales and cash handling, welcome passengers and assist them during the flight, and act in accordance with the company values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. The individual will also become part of a global team of aviation enthusiasts, and will be contracted and paid from day one of training.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Must possess a minimum of a high school degree/GCSE result or equivalent.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Must have a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity).
• Must be able to swim.
• Must have the right to live and work in the UK (British passport/Visa/Pre-Settlement/Settlement Status).
• Must live or be ready to move within 90 minutes of the chosen base and prepared to make this journey upon work schedule.
• Must not have tattoos and/or piercings on parts of the body that are visible when wearing a uniform.
• Must be an enthusiastic person who enjoys working with people.
• Successful candidates will need to obtain a Schengen Visa, if applicable.
• Please note that if you wear glasses or contact lenses and your prescription is above +4 or below -4, you are unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination
