Wizz Air is holding a Cabin Crew Recruitment Day in Tirana on March 24, 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their award-winning team as a Flight Attendant/Cabin Crew member. The recruitment day will be held at the MAK ALBANIA HOTEL, Sheshi Italia 2, Tiranë 1019, Albania, commencing promptly at 09:00 am.

As a Cabin Crew member, the successful applicant will perform on-board and ground duties in compliance with company policies, manage in-flight sales and cash handling, welcome passengers with a smile, and act in accordance with the company's values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. The individual will become part of a large and enthusiastic team.

Recruitment Day Essentials:

Attendees should bring an updated English CV with an ID photo and arrive on time. The recruitment process may extend into the late afternoon. Applicants may attend regardless of the base they are applying for. Compliance with the requirements listed below will be checked during the event.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on both safety and customer care aspects.
• Perform on-board and ground duties in accordance with Company policies.
• Manage in-flight sales and cash handling.
• Welcome passengers and assist them during the flight.
• Act in accordance with company values.
• Be an active member of the team.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have an arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• Must possess a high school degree.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Must have a valid passport without limitations (minimum 6 months validity) and the right to work in the country the applicant is applying for.
• Must be able to swim.
• Must live or be ready to move within 60 minutes of the chosen base.
• Must not have tattoos and/or piercings on visible parts of the body when wearing a uniform.
• Must be enthusiastic and enjoy working with people.
• Please note: if the candidate uses glasses or contact lenses with a prescription above +4 or below -4, the candidate is unlikely to pass the mandatory medical examination.
