The airline is hosting a recruitment day in Vilnius for the Vilnius base on March 27, 2025, at 09:00 am sharp at the Best Western Vilnius Hotel, Konstitucijos ave. 14, Vilnius, LT-09308, Lithuania. Application closes 24h before the event.
During the recruitment day, candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their compliance with the requirements listed below. Candidates should arrive promptly and anticipate the process to last until late afternoon. Applicants are requested to bring an updated English CV with an ID photo. Participation is welcome regardless of the specific base of application.
As a Flight Attendant, the individual will focus on safety and customer care, perform onboard and ground duties in accordance with company policies, manage in-flight sales and cash handling, welcome passengers, and uphold the company's values of dedication, inclusivity, positivity, and integrity. The successful candidate will become part of a large community of aviation enthusiasts.
Requirements:
- Valid passport with at least 6 months validity
- Right to work in Lithuania (LT/EU Permanent Residence Permit or EU Residence Card required; other residence permits are not accepted)
- Minimum age of 18 years
- High school degree
- Arm reach of 210 cm while standing on tiptoes
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to swim
- Residence or willingness to relocate within 60 minutes of the chosen base
- No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the uniform
- Enthusiastic and personable demeanor
Please note that candidates with a glasses or contact lens prescription above +4 or below -4 may not pass the mandatory medical examination.
